Shipment
Once the order is placed, with the purchase confirmation. If there are no pieces left in stock, it is manufactured individually to order, so it may take between 7 and 15 working days to be produced in our own workshop in Madrid. Production time does not include shipping time.
- Spain: 3 to 5 days
- Balearic Islands: 3 to 5 days
- Europe: 3 to 7 days
- Rest of the world: 5 to 10 days
Shipping costs
Shipping costs depend on the delivery address.
Approximate costs:
- Spain: € 5
- Europe: €12 to €26
- Rest of the world: €20 to €50
*Free shipping in Spain for orders over €120
Returns
If upon receiving your order you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from the date of receipt to make a return.
In case of return, the item must be returned new, unused and within 30 days from the day of receipt. I f the item is damaged it may not be accepted for return.
Shipping costs will not be refunded. Likewise, collection costs will be borne by the customer (except for defective products).
They can also be returned to our store at C/Doctor Fourquet 11, 28012, Madrid within the specified period.
