MATERIALES

Todas nuestras joyas son de plata de ley 925 y plata de ley 925 chapada en oro de 18k. Nuestras piezas llevan un baño de 3 micras de oro para que te duren mucho tiempo como el primer día.

Creamos las joyas de manera artesanal en nuestro taller en Madrid.
Cada material es objeto de una selección minuciosa y de una elaboración cuidadosa.

Debido a la naturaleza artesanal de nuestro proceso de fabricación, los detalles de cada pieza pueden variar, lo que las convierte en creaciones únicas y personales.

CUIDADO DEL PRODUCTO

Para prolongar la vida útil de tu pieza, evita el contacto directo con productos químicos, perfumes, cosméticos, jabones, etc. Recomendamos guardarla dentro de tu bolsita de tela y separada de otros joyas en un lugar seco y seguro.

Shipping & Returns

Shipment

Once the order is placed, with the purchase confirmation. If there are no pieces left in stock, it is manufactured individually to order, so it may take between 7 and 15 working days to be produced in our own workshop in Madrid. Production time does not include shipping time.

Spain: 3 to 5 days
Balearic Islands: 3 to 5 days
Europe: 3 to 7 days
Rest of the world: 5 to 10 days

*Sorry, we do not ship to the Canary Islands.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs depend on the delivery address.

Approximate costs:

Spain: € 5
Europe: €12 to €26
Rest of the world: €20 to €50

Returns

If upon receiving your order you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from the date of receipt to make a return.

In case of return, the item must be returned new, unused and within 30 days from the day of receipt. I f the item is damaged it may not be accepted for return.

Shipping costs will not be refunded. Likewise, collection costs will be borne by the customer (except for defective products).

They can also be returned to our store at C/Doctor Fourquet 11, 28012, Madrid within the specified period.
